Ryan & Ruth married at Botleys Mansion
We work at Botleys mansion photographing weddings quite often, we love this wedding venue and all it has to offer! Not only is it completely stunning but it also has great staff from Bijou weddings who make your wedding day run through very smoothly. Every wedding we photograph at Botleys mansion is unique, and so the story we capture is amazing every time! This venue can look different in every season and time of day and that coupled with the personalities that shine out at every wedding gives a truly unique canvas every time.
Ryan & Ruth chose to have their ceremony at the local church which is just 4 minutes away by car. This church is magnificent once you enter! It is a photographers dream! One of the best local churches we have had the pleasure of working in.
Botleys Mansion is rich in history, with the earliest known reference to the house going back as far as 1319 when the parkland was owned by John de Butteley (or Bottele). Afterwards, it belonged to John Manory of Chertsey whose son Thomas conveyed it to Richard Merland in 1505, who then left it to Henry Wykes and described the house and land as ‘Botlese Park’ at the time of the sale. Botleys Mansion is a specialist, exclusive use wedding venue in Surrey. It is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies inside and out and offers a choice of celebration and entertaining spaces.
