John & Lindsay married at Pembroke lodge, Richmond
Pembroke Lodge is a magnificent listed Georgian Mansion that has been restored to provide first class facilities for weddings.
The Lodge is situated at the highest point in Richmond Park with spectacular views over the Thames Valley. Richmond Park is the largest, and to many, the most beautiful Park in London as it comprises of 2300 acres of totally unspoilt classic English parkland with some 650 deer who roam freely in this tranquil setting. Pembroke Lodge is set within 11 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds which are planted all year round.
John & Lindsay chose to book their wedding for the beautiful Autumn month of October, a perfect choice for this idylic Richmond Park location. The autumn colours from the leaves just filled the scene with warmth and Lindsays choice in decoration went perfectly with this time of year. John and Lindsay have a cheeky little son called Jake who looked so smart in his little suit and was such a good boy for mummy and daddy.
Lindsay wore a stunning Sophia Tolli gown from made in heaven lace gown and her beautiful bridemaids wore Biba gowns from House of Fraser. Their outfits were accompanied by flowers from Seventh Heaven events. They had the most beautiful ceremony in the Belvedere suite. John’s daughter nervously went up to do her reading and was overcome with emotion which was very cute, she later gave her reading during the speeches and she did a fantastic job with everyone roaring with applause for her.
After the ceremony we took a stroll through the beautiful gardens where Lindsay & john had time to reflect on their day so far. Here we took some amazing portraits in the atmospheric locations makeing it back just in time for sunset!
They went on to party up a storm with food, drink and lots of music!!
